"This was the perfect stay for our quick girls trip. The rental was clean, cute, comfortable, and a great price! The only problem is that the insulation between the owners side and the renters side wasn’t thick so you can easily hear voices. This isn’t a problem unless your sleep schedule is different. I would still pick this property again in a heartbeat! "

"Multiple power outages, one over 24 hours for non payment of power bill. Literally no fewer than 20 rat terrier dogs across the street that bark constantly day and night. No quiet. "

"We did enjoy our stay but I could see this being a bit of a problem house for some. It is a nice house and property but I think the grounds and outside could be a little tidier. As for the inside, it was cool to cold at times. We didn't find extra blankets except for on the other bed in the kids' room, the coffee maker was acting up, the hair dryer didn't work and just little details were missing.Overall it was a good stay because we don't require much. A good coffee maker so we could use the provided k-cups, a few blankets and perhaps a space heater or two would've been nice additions.Lastly, if we were to use any of the equipment for the beach we would've had to clean the mold off it all. Masks, snorkels and I am assuming everything else was covered! We didn't use any of it. This home seemed to have been forgotten a little bit."
