Stayed with my family during our trip to California. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool.

Stayed one night on our way to Zion. Booked through Expedia and paid prior to arrival but front desk didn’t see payment so charged us again for our room. She gave me the managers name and email to rectify the double charge but I haven’t heard back. Hotel is fine and clean. Just need more management to deal with issues when they arrive. Front desk was not able to help and said a manager wouldn’t be there for a couple days and wrote my name down on a notepad to give to him.
