"Ligging is fantastisch en zeker met honden heel fijn. Alles omheind, ook de toegang naar rivier en waterval Het huisje is prima maar basic. Als je slecht weer hebt geen bank of comfortabele stoelen. Douchen is het beste onder de waterval want er is weinig druk. Qua kookgerei is het minimaal en we misten buiten wel ligbedden Ondanks de minpunten vonden wij deze plek voor herhaling vatbaar, echt uniek!"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, inbesondere die grosse Terasse (Gli Gnomi), die beiden Pools und die Nähe zum schönen Spoleto (10 Min. zum Parkplatz Posterna, Rolltreppe). Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Bad recht komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings nur im Wohnraum. "Prachtig gelegen in het buitengebied van het mooie Spoleto. Rust en ruimte. Vrij uitzicht vanuit het gras naast de voordeur. Binnen ruimte genoeg. Verbeterpuntje: het installeren wifi, geen bereik en alleen wifi in de hoek van de tuin naar de buren. Ontdekking: behalve het meer bekende stadje Trevi ook het pittoreske Vallo di Nera ontdekt."

"Lovely hill top setting in this restored castle village. The apartment is very pretty, and we enjoyed the pool and a soothing spa treatment. The kitchen is small but has what you need. We cooked several times, and dined out several time. L'Abbazia restaurant was a wonderful dining experience. (Loc. Castel San Felice Sant'Anatolia di Narco), The staff at the hotel property are very friendly and helpful, and answered many questions for us. Easy travel to Spoleto for some sightseeing too."

"Very friendly with beautiful garden and all necessities. Older farm but recently renovated. Close to several shops and restaurants, highway, Spoleto, Asissi, and Perugia AIrport. Ettore is an excellent host and took care of any ground keeping, pool maintenance etc. We would love to stay there again!"

"The house was as described and shown in the images. If you have mobility problems beware the short but relatively steep drive and the 10 or so steps up to the patio and entrance. The weather was pretty hot but the house was naturally cool with thick stone walls. There was an enormous dining table and an adjacent comfortable seating area which strangely had no lighting though we moved a couple of table lamps around so that we could read. "Such a beautiful property, well maintained with spacious rooms and amazing views. The property is relatively small but is a great find. This is our second visit and we did feel the food was not as good as last time we were here. It is of good quality but we felt it was overpriced and had become too complex, we feel the removal of the buffet breakfast will lead to more waste and was not to our taste."

"My wife and I enjoyed a 2 night stay. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff made our stay especially memorable. The spacious double room was exceptionally clean, with modern decor. There is a wide choice of items in the continental breakfast and two restaurants, one offering a fixed price menu and a smaller, popular with families and groups, and another more intimate restaurant offering an al a carte menu."

"Loved this place! So peaceful and relaxing, yet still within driving distance to nearby towns and great excursions. Federico and Abigail were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was light but fresh and healthy—croissants, homemade fruit cakes, fresh juices, a variety of coffees, even some homemade cheese. We especially appreciated the "honesty bar" with its nice selection of wines. We enjoyed a few glasses out on the terrace and in the cozy living room. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with thoughtful hosts."

"Property was not as listed on the site. No WiFi, towels and bed linens were not provided, cleanliness was subpar, and a cash payment was demanded upon arrival. Check-in and check-out processes were unclear. "

Castel di Luco

"Unique and wonderful! We stayed here because we wanted to see the flower fields near Casteluccio. We drove up from Rome in about 4 hours through beautiful mountains. This castle (a former defensive fortification) was a breathtaking sight at the end of the drive. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Francesco and his sister Lara. Our baggage was taken up the stairs via an amazing custom monorail. The room was comfortable and cool, the linens were excellent quality, our sleep was refreshing, and breakfast healthy and satisfying. They feature delicious bottled juices. Francesco gave us a tour of the fascinating historical interior rooms including the winemaking room with the grape stomping vats! I highly recommend Castle di Luco, we will treasure our stay here forever! "
