Leider wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von vier Tagen kein Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, außerdem gab es keine Handtücher für den Pool oder die Außendusche (lediglich 6 Stück für die gesamte Unterkunft) und die normalen durften für den Pool nicht genutzt werden. "La réception se trouve à 10min a pied de l hôtel Nous avons pas été prévenu à l’avance. Le logement est sombre, donne sur une mini cour intérieure/terrasse partagée avec un autre logement et où sont entreposés un ancien meuble de salle de bain et une échelle. Il y avait même une vielle assiette en plastique. Pour finir, la montée de escalier est très penture et étroite, pas du tout pratique avec des valises Autrement la chambre est correcte"

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. "2 night stay just outside Gallipoli. Beautiful masseria. Large room located down steps in a covered 'courtyard' area. Felt rather enclosed with no real outdoor view from the window. Unable to open window for fresh air as there were people smoking in the courtyard area. Comfortable room. All amenities in bathroom. Hot shower but unfortunately had one night with no hot water. Kettle & fridge provided. Breakfast ok. Partner enjoyed the coffee. "

Le rez-de-chaussée date du milieu du 18eme siècle, l'étage a été construit au milieu du 19eme. "Una villa a 5 min da Gallipoli, posizione più che strategica se volete girare più spiagge da Punta Prosciutto a S.Maria di Leuca. La gentilezza di Claudio e sua moglie è stata molto apprezzata, sono delle brave persone che amano molto quello che fanno e si vede. Colazione molto buona: sono vegana e mi hanno riservato ciò che volevo mentre il mio fidanzato ha amato i pasticciotti che poi siamo andati a comprare 🤩 abbiamo seguito i loro consigli su mare e cibo e non abbiamo sbagliato un colpo....
