Relax in a comfortably-updated 3bed 2 bath home in a quiet, safe subdivision in a country setting, easily accessible from I-24 exits 7 & 11. Just minutes from Purple Toad Winery & Distillery, and Manea Vineyards & Event Center.
The driveway offers parking space for 2 vehicles, and has available street parking as well for UHauls or boats/trailers.
There is one step to get up to the front porch, and no hand rail at this time. Keypad entry. Inside you will find a well-stocked kitchen with all the essentials for short or long stays, full laundry amenities, a spacious living room with sectional couch and 65" smart tv with streaming services for Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, Disney+ and ESPN/ESPN+.
The living room opens up to the back deck, which will feature outdoor seating, gas fire pit and string lights. The back side of the house butts up against a woods, making it perfect to sit and enjoy the tranquility.
Each bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, blinds with blackout curtains, nightstand with lamps, locking doors and closet space. Two bedrooms are carpeted, the master is new vinyl flooring and also has an attached bathroom and walk-in closet. The master also features a 55" smart tv with the same streaming services as the living room TV.
Both bathrooms offer a shower/tub combo, sink/vanity and toilet.

We didn’t bring any pets, but they had the rules and a nice yard to accommodate for dogs. Those are very rare and I appreciate the fact that this is an option. The house had all the perks that my own home has. They even had kid size dish wear that was available. I loved that they put towels and wash rags on our beds because most people do take showers as soon as they get settled to wash off the road trip. The ease of our check in and out was very easy. What needed to be done was clearing typed out for us. Even though we were there for only one night, I would definitely use this host if I was in the area again.
