"Just the sweetest little cottage that is in the best location for all Padstow has to offer. The parking space directly outside the property is a massive bonus. The cottage is very comfortable and is extremely well equipped - we had everything we needed. Four of us stayed and there was plently of room. Jules who owns the cottage was very helpful answering all my questions regarding the cottage, local area and restaurants etc. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone."

"Lovely holiday lodge, suited our family of 6 (from 18 years to 60) perfectly. Very clean with all the facilities we needed. Great garden with BBQ and seating. Totally secure for our dog. Plenty of things to do in the lodge if you have kids. The location of the lodge could not have been better. Only a few steps from the brilliant beach, which is amazing!!!! Dogs allowed all year on it too. Fab beach cafe/bar which does fantastic food - went several times. Loved every second of our stay. "

"We all had a lovely week in this property in Trevone. Ideally located for us to visit and explore the nearby beaches and do plenty of walking. The property was comfortable and well equipped, could just do with bed side tables and lamps and a mirror in all bedrooms - nothing that we couldn’t live without, but would finish it all off! Family of 5 and dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. "

"What a lovely house to stay in for our holiday. Nothing could have been better (apart from the weather)! It was so well equipped and immaculately clean. A nice quiet location but just a five minute walk away from the harbour and shops. Communication with Jeremy was super efficient. And thankyou for the Cornish goodies. "

Sintra is a generously sized house with a large, safe garden that was perfect for the kids to play in and for general relaxation although there were only 4 hard-surface loungers provided and we had to supplement them with our own beach chairs. "Lovely clean well equipped home from home, great location, walking distance from Padstow (10 mins) and close to the local supermarket. The information leaflets came in handy for booking local activities, sometimes there is too much choice online. The welcome pack of tea, coffee and cake etc was lovely after a long days traveling. "Property had recently changed ownership. Both the last owner and the current owner transferred the booking over and we kept the same deal. Great little cottage with everything in Padstow easily accessible by foot but far enough back from any noise. Would definitely recommend this property."

"The property is in a great location with easy access to both Padstow and the Camel Trail. The home was clean and well equipped, with everything that we needed. It was a real bonus having such large beds and having en-suite bathrooms to most of the bedrooms. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Really lovely find, lovely property, very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was trying to find the 'central area' to drop off our rubbish, only bin we could find was behind some barriers, so had to leave it outside the property. Maybe a map of the area in the property folder would be handy. Thank you!"

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
