Fantastic as always. Supremely comfortable bed! Lovely staff. Beautiful view. This is second time in as many months I stayed here and I absolutely love this place. I highly recommend it. Our neighbors were super loud until midnight, that was my only complaint. And there is no one to answer the office phone that late so I couldn't do anything about it. But I would still stay there again in a heartbeat.

NO AC, there is a gas heater in there that emits heat even though it is turned off. Asked for a fan and they didn’t have any. Can’t open the curtains either since people could see you inside. Great views though!

Room was very clean. Beautiful view. Bed was comfortable. Everything was wonderful. The only bummer was a member of the cleaning staff came in the door while I was getting dressed on the day we checked out. We had till 11am to check out, and this was like 10am. Embarrassing! But despite that, I'd still stay there again.

I left the blanket on the floor, and two towels in the bathroom.A little bit of sand in the bathroom.Garbage can was so small I left a few empty cups/containers on the dresser.I left a $20 tip to clean the sand.It was next to a beach though.Hard to not get sand.They charged me $75 dollars claiming I trashed the room!Awful experience!I was considering staying here again until they took advantage of me!Most awful experience ever!I wish you could see the pictures. They are a joke.Like just a blanket on a floor, two towels,and a couple of cups/containers.

room was excellent, loved the shower, great water pressure and the tiles took me back. Excellent staff, friendly, helpful and the day was spectacular. Loved coming home to Linda Mar.

I used the live agent feature on Expedia last night during my stay trying to get a refund because the room was terrible and nothing like Expedia advertised it to be. There is an open case now that im waiting on to hear if I will be getting a refund or not. I supported my concerns with pictures to the live agent and when the agent tried to reach out to the hotel, of course, nobody answered the phone at the hotel lobby due to the lovby being closed already at 9pm. When arriving to our room, it reminded my wife and I of a jail cell. The walls were terrible looking with multiple patch marks that were done very poorly, our heater didnt work, there was mold in a corner of the room near the door entrance, there was some kind of stain splattered across the mirror in the bathroom, and the bed to the room did not seem anything close to the Queen room that I selected. I also selected an ovean view room and due to the room being at the same level as the parking area, when you looked out the window you saw nothing but a row of cars and not the ocean. This place was terrible and I would never in my life recommend it to anyone. If you look at my booking history all of my purchases are pretty good/decent hotels so based off the pictures presented by Expedia, I figured this room would be just as good and especially based on the 4.3 stars that it was rated and it was nothing close to that. My wife and I slept on top of the covers fully clothed. All of this was also reported to the live agent.
