"Amazing time was had!!! Everything we needed to make Disney magic for our kids! Pool was nice and they show two kids movies everynight so you can sit in the hot tub and mellow out while the kids play and watch a movie. Waterslides were fun. Breakfast was crazy (lots of people), food was not too bad (you can make your own Mickey Waffles), and the service folks were hard working and were on it the whole time. The only word of warning I have is the bus outside that takes you to Disney is super unreliable. I paid for a three day pass and was only able to use it one day because the bus never came to pick us up. Being disabled I couldnt afford to walk to or from Disneyland. We parked Toy Story lot and were pleased by the bus shuttles arrival and departure times and the outstanding care they took with me and being handicapped and my kiddos being first time riders. They do a bag check before you get on the bus so you don't have to do it again at the Disneyland gates. Overall, we would stay again."

"The room and staff were both better than anticipated. Loved the view and they got my room to me early upon request. Parking is a little expensive per night but one can expect that in a nicer, centrally located hotel. Would stay again. "
