Update the hotel with shuttle to disneyland . Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t provide that . So we no longer will stay there

The room wasn’t OK condition. It looked really nice. At first. I got the hot tub and the hot tub not only did it not work. The water wouldn’t stay hot more than five minutes so I didn’t get the hot tub experience, but the staff was courteous and the property really needs to be cleaned up a lot of trash around there but inside the room, you wouldn’t know that they look like that on the outside.
