"We had to change rooms since they didn’t have the room we booked for us. The food at some of the restaurant were questionable, but otherwise, lots of options, lots of event. I wish there was a map of the place so that we weren’t guessing where the events were. We weren’t informed of some of the other events so it was hard to prepare and decide to go or not go. Over all a great place with the beach. No kids was great. We weren’t really treated as equally as other guests since we were the only Chinese people that stood out. They don’t see many of us."

"The rooms weren’t particularly clean, especially the floors, and they felt a bit worn and dated. The food was mediocre. The pools were busy, but it was still easy enough to find a sun lounger. The hotel beach, however, is beautiful!"

"Food there was awesome as there were plenty of options at the buffet. Loved that they had the sports bar open late so if you were in a snacky mood you could go there for a bite to eat (hot dogs, hamburgers, wraps, and nachos). Pools were awesome and loved the adult only pool with the swim up bar."

"Not a five star, but really an amazing place in the jungle. Slower pace, excellent friendly staff! Clean rooms and plenty of food choices! Dont be afraid to venture to the local Mismaloya beach for a local meal, drinks, massage, rent a panga and go to another beach! You wont regret it! Its truly a hidden gem!!"
