"I had an issue with my original room where the door handle broke off the main door to my room from the interior. I am a very non confrontational person and so it took a lot to even tell the front desk since it went back on and was useable, but when I did tell them Jim was incredibly helpful. He not only moved me to a new room but upgraded me to a nicer room at no extra charge for the inconvenience and also made sure that I was in the safest possible room as I was traveling alone. "

"The woman who checked us in whom lives on site was so incredibly friendly! The view from our room window was just so that we had a view of both the beautiful bay but the ocean as well. The area around the property is breathtaking and when tide is low you can walk across quite a ways. "
