Pacific Seawatch is a luxury home community in Pacific City with striking views. The paved streets are quiet and great for a nice walk. Homes are high-end, and well cared for. The Seawatch Clubhouse is available for guests after a short orientation and waiver. There is an indoor heated saltwater pool, a small gym, and a 9 hole putting course! Pacific City and Cape Kiwanda is just a short drive away providing easy access to the beach, pub, restaurants, and shops.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
