Step inside the entryway of this coastal townhouse from the private carport. Or, enter from the west-facing covered porch to the main floor ensuite bedroom with a hot tub that has an ocean view for relaxing and stargazing. In this spacious primary bedroom, there’s a Smart TV, a full bath, a walk-in closet, and a wine refrigerator built into the dresser with drawers so you can unpack and stay a while.

Upstairs from the entryway is the grand great room for living, gathering, and celebrating. There’s a balcony facing east for sunrises and a second balcony facing west overlooking Seabrook’s iconic trees and the mighty ocean of crashing waves, king tides, and nightly sunsets. Between east and west, you’ll feel a warm, coastal-modern vibe with a coffered ceiling of recessed panels, walls painted in a soft, warm neutral, and shiplap surround on the fireplace – a hallmark of coastal and farmhouse styles.

Up to the third level is the second primary ensuite bedroom with a tiled, walk-in shower, another walk-in closet, and sweeping views of the active skies and ever-changing ocean. In addition, there are two full, guest bedrooms plus a washer and dryer for convenience after a day kayaking the Copalis Ghost Forest, biking the singletrack, or strolling the beach.

King Tide is dog-friendly and an integral part of the Pacific Landing lifestyle – which combines urban and oceanfront living. You can enjoy shopping and dining in Seabrook’s vibrant town center as well as walk beyond the center of town to amazing amenities such as multiple parks, firepits, promenades, an indoor swimming pool, an off-leash dog park, a playground, sports courts, a horse pasture, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and more.
