「We were very disappointed with my stay. The jets in the tub in our room caused me to break out in hives, likely because of whatever chemicals or residue were inside them. There were also Corona bottle caps underneath the bed, which made the room feel unclean. In addition, it would have been helpful if the front desk staff had communicated basic information more clearly to guests upon arrival. Breakfast was also very disappointing. 「To be honest, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Somehow the booking got messed up and we got moved to another room. I asked if there was going to be additonal charges for that and I was told no. The second morning, they tried charging my card twice yet no one in the office could tell me why it was happening. 「We had a pet friendly room. The floor was not particularly clean, but that is expected being a room with pets. The bathtub was pretty old, and the base was starting to peel. We found a few ants calling on the dresser and a few on our bed. The staff was great unfortunately the pool was closed and the vending machines had expired drinks and snacks.
