The Pristine Dawn Beach Club offers affordable 5 star luxury accommodations in a 3 bedroom (8 person) suite for a total of 1800 sq ft. Relax and escape your daily cares with ocean views at the pool, beach bar or the amazing white sandy beach. There are several nearby restaurants you can visit located close by the historic Fort Amsterdam and Sint Maarten Yacht Club. We are also just minutes from the "French Side" of the Island. What more could you ask for?

Beautiful Stay

The unit was modern and very comfortable. The beach was beautiful. It was great to have access to both the DBC pool (quiet/low-key) and the JW Marriott pool (with pool bar, occasional live music). We enjoyed our vacation.
