Enjoying my stay

I am very happy with my stay. Very close to the restaurant, not too far from the beach. Very quiet and I enjoy the space in my room. The room is clean.

The rooms were nice. The people staying there is another problem. They have homeless staying there. The residents harassed and intimidated my employees. My employees felt very unsafe. We will never stay there again.

The location was close to the area I needed to be. The California restrictions make it impossible to enjoy your visit, continental breakfast eliminated, adjacent restaurant outside dining only, etc. My concern are for the taxpaying businesses that the politicians choose to punish

Never Again...

Place is old, feels old and dirty...lots of homeless hanging around..One homeless lady decided to sleep in front of one of the rooms, another slept in parking lot next to our car...Room was horrible, tv sloppily hung on wall wires hanging out everywhere, huge cracks in sink, old broken furniture on and on...stayed here many times in the past,, but definitely won't be staying again...

This hotel is horrible and unsafe! Do not stay here. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking unit and I couldn't tell if it had been cleaned or if someone had been it in between the time they cleaned it and I checked in. The smoke was from all the other rooms that people were smoking in. It looked like homeless and other folks were using this location for a while variety of activities that were bad. they had a number of shady dealings in the parking lot including at least one drug deal that I saw go down that the management didn't even worry about and so I felt unsafe even walking from my hotel room to my car at all times. I can usually stay just about anywhere but at this place even I was concerned about people's safety. When I canceled the remainder of my nights because I was unsafe and told them they refused to give me a refund of my money even though I checked out first thing in the morning and they refused refund to Expedia. My recommendation is to stay well clear of this place. Do not stay here at any cost...very bad Management and conditions.

Well when i got there the room apperd to be clean. And for the most part it was. But the refrigerator did not work i lost food items because of it and number 2 the worst was the AC did not work at all so over this heat we were having my 2 days was misrable in keeping cool I did book for 1 mire night

They gave me two rooms that haven’t been cleaned yet. There was trash everywhere overflowing out of the cans. And I watched a drug deal go down. All this in less than 10 minutes

Unexpected Surprise

The room was clean an cozy. The staff was friendly an welcoming.The only bad thing I would say is the walls are thin, you can definitely hear what the other guest are saying. Definitely would book again, overall was surprised. Price was definitely bargain.

Won't stay here twice.

Our room key didn't open the pool so we got a new one, still didn't work and then it didn't work for the room either 5 card keys later we got one that worked. The pool was nice, but the chairs and pool area was very dirty. There is also a train very close that blows its whistle every time it goes by, which is often, earplugs are neccessary. The bed was comfortable though and with earplugs we slept okay. Restaurants are close by.
