Friendly staff very clean room bed was so comfortable air conditioning heating and was perfect for Theatres especially New Theatre lots of restaurants and public houses and cafes near by and very near bus station,the Hotel would not be suitable for those with mobility issues or wheelchair users but overall a lovely clean restful place to stay will stay again

I really liked it. Lots of stairs so be aware if you have big bags. But safe, cozy, really comfortable beds and super great location. Yes it is abit old but honestly many big hotel chains charge double -triple and are also old looking so great for the price and it was super clean and tidy.

The hotel was spotless with good WiFi. In an excellent location . Close to bus station . Many good restaurants and shopping near by. The staff were extremely friendly and most helpful. We had a great stay! The staff was friendly, the room clean, and great access to everything! It could get a little loud at night, but we were impressed with the sound proofing. In terms of service, my mom forgot her phone, and not only did they call right away, they raced to the train station to make sure we didn’t leave without it! I would definitely come back.
