A birthday get away trip

We wanted a nice location in the Raleigh Durham area to celebrate a birthday with family. This vacation spot met all our needs. It is cozy and inviting even in cold January weather. Also, very pet friendly for Bella our dig. The surrounding area is wooded. We want to visit again in warmer months for all the recreation opportunities in the area.

The place isn’t bad. It’s a get what you paid for kind of place. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is not great and is out a dirt road. I was there fishing Falls lake and pulling a bass boat. If you’re reading this review and looking for a fishing place to stay this isn’t it. The dirt road for starters and the driveway is tight. Very tough getting the boat in and turned around. There is a couple of antenna channels on the tv that you can watch if the weather is clear. No cable and not even a smart tv to steam anything. Wifi was fast. Overall not a bad place to stay for the price.
