"Booked due to bad traffic and arrived late, Shower light didn’t work so was gloomy, water pressure was near enough-non existent, mirror arm was broken. Couldnt leave open window due to noise from fan. Left early and spoke to a lovely man. Bed was comfy."

"Room was dirty, stains on the bed, poo stains on the bathroom wall. What looked like blood near the window. Found a dirty pair of socks in the wardrobe. The man in reception was rude when checking myself and my partner in. Will not be coming back!"

"I had booked the apartment for 4 nights. When I arrived we were met by Steve who told us that I had been upgraded to a larger apartment. The apartment was clean if a bit dated. The kitchen had all the basic pots and pans and cutlery but it would have been nice to also have salt and pepper dispensers. ..."
