Amazing staff!!!, live them all !!!… so far this was my best experience in oxapampa!!. Just small things they need to fix like add lamps in all rooms, put towel racks in every bathroom :)

This was my second time staying at Hotel Heidinger. The room was clean, and the view was awesome. The last time I stayed, I remember the bed was very comfortable. This time the mattress was very hard, and the pillows are hard, and your head doesn't sink down into the pillow like a normal pillow. ...
