Welcome to your home away from home! We believe our home is perfect for hosting larger families/groups or a single business traveler looking to have all of the comforts of home; especially, during pandemic without making big hole in one's pocket.
There are 8 good size bedrooms 3.5 baths, two living areas- fully equipped two large kitchens with two laundries. The basement is finished with another living area, smart T.V., reclyining sofa, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, play area for children. Main has a master bedroom with full bath, living room, dining room, laundry, kitchen, kids play room/office with pull out queen size day bed. First floor has three bedrooms (all new mattresses, one queen sized beds, 1 twin bed and two full bed) and shared full bath in the hallway. extra beds, kids items will be provided upon request, Enjoy the nature and grilling in the backyard.

Well-trained Pets are negotiable !!

Surveillance or recording devices in public area for guests safety. Furniture: you break it you fix; you move it you place it back to original spot.
Quite hours-10:30 p.m -7:30 am Weekends; 9:00pm-6:30 a.m M-Th. No loud music, noise that disturbs neighbors, no knocking neighbors door.

The owner submitted a claim through the insurance we purchased trying to say we had a leak in the bathroom and ruined the floor and ceiling. This never happened we checked the house before we lift no issue. Also the bathroom downstairs had brown water the first time it was used so maybe thru had an issue with their pipes

Work still needs to be done

This was a old home in the process of being updated. The pictures showen on the web site are very old. The AC worked poorly. Furniture was broken. The BQ grill was a disaster. This was the worst VRBO we have used. I could go on and on........

Was disappointed in the beds as they weren’t comfortable at all. Don’t see how it could sleep 18. Kitchen was disappointing as not much for cooking as in pots and pans and half the burners didn’t work and stove in basement didn’t work at all and no water in the kitchen sink in basement. Dishwasher didn’t work. We let them know so hopefully they will fix before others rent the house. The pictures online are outdated especially the living room and kitchen. We were there to Christmas shop and had fun. For issues I didn’t like having to use email to communicate.. house was clean and neighborhood and location was good but we cook a couple meals so need a bit more in the kitchen and would like the beds to be more comfortable. Also no alcohol is allowed in the house so that should be told upfront and not when you are checking in and too late to get a refund and that could be a deal breaker for some people. I understand no parties but some people do like to have a cocktail with dinner.

Wedding homebase

Large house that just keeps on going. lots of beds. Good quiet neighborhood that is close to many things. slept 18 here several nights - all the grandparents, groomsman, brothers and aunt & uncle for Oldest's son's wedding. the walk in closets gave space for the final storage and ironing of 8 dresses and allowed grandma to do final touche on wedding dress - even had room for the sewing machine. The house was a life saver. it is on a cul-d-sac so try to carpool if have mega group like mine. easily fit 6-7 cars with garage or driveway, and 1 street place.

Overland Park

This was a great place for our family to gather for our sons wedding. Excellent space , nice back yard and deck for games and yard games. Plenty of room to cook and visit. Close to everything you need, I would recommend this place for family gatherings
