「The staff were really friendly and helpful even before we arrived. The secure parking area was a bonus! Our room had a great view of the ocean and was even bigger than expected. It was the perfect location for exploring the old harbour. Highly recommend booking here!」

「Lovely hotel.」

「Don't stay in room 204. Loud music and then traffic noise. Ruined our 1st night!」

「Typical chain hotel with casino. The thermal springs were really good but lack a coffee shop. Restaurants fair but not great. Good Gardens but nowhere to sit. Good value for money.」

「I really liked this place - great location - perfect for exploring the town and all Hermanus has to offer! Really nice staff and great value for the type of accommodation! I really liked my room - very comfy bed and a great big shower! Good wi fi too! I'd stay again! Thank you!」

「We only stayed one night and didn't spend any time at the hotel.」

「I had such a wonderful stay! the place is amazingly friendly and welcoming. the vibes are very good and positive. It is clean and cosy so you feel and confortable and at ease. you sleep very well because it is quiet Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable thank you very much!」
