The space
This apartment is a haven of peace designed for an unforgettable family vacation. It has been renovated with passion and decorated with an elegant Scandinavian style, it perfectly combines modern comfort and warm touches, with its natural wood wall covering.
The apartment is located on the second floor. It is spacious and subject to a very strict hygiene system after the departure of the travelers.
* Apartment features:
- Surface area: 95 square meters.
- Number of bedrooms: 2 bedrooms.
- Number of bathrooms: One bathroom with shower cabin and jacuzzi.
- Fully equipped kitchen with bar: oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.
- Spacious and bright living room with flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, etc.
- Balcony with pool view, garden view, mountain view and distant ocean blue view.
- Linens, 60 L water heater, small electric heater and towels are provided.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the residence's large swimming pool. At the play area although adult than child.
Adult play area are limited in time.
Guests will have access to 2 cars in the secure private car park of the residence as well as a space in the underground car park of the building.

- Large common swimming pool of the residence supervised by a lifeguard and with a deep area as well as a shallow area dedicated to children. [Swimming pool functional only in months 07 and 08]

- Parking within the secure residence as well as private underground parking [Underground parking not very well laid out]
- Secure residence with caretaker, automatic gate, cameras in common areas.
Other things to note
- This apartment is a vacation apartment and not a 5-star hotel🌟. You're going to spend a short stay there, not live there forever. People who are too demanding are not invited to book this apartment.
- I am not present on site, however, Mrs. Hafssa co-host and Mr. Co Jawad will be on site to serve you and meet all your needs.
- Functional swimming pool from 07/02 to 09/01.
- Some activities are limited in time. ( Golvaseur foosball ... only in summer months 7 and 8 - if approved by the syndic. )
- Residence with pool bracelet system. (Pool guidelines and rules are shown in the photos under "Pool photos" ).
- Jaccuzi water jet is not functional, it may be used as a doughnut.
- The building elevator is not functional. (Apartment just on the second floor)
- Suggestion to guests not to drink tap water.
- We offer you the most fabulous guide and suggestion service in the Oued Laou region.
- We give you if you need the instructions, the phone numbers of the taxi, the phone number of the tourist boat owner to have you walk in the open sea and discover the private beaches near Oued Laou.
- We have a private transport service (SUV 4*4 7 seats or 5-seater car) and guide to the best places nearby. ( Request in advance when booking - fees not included ).
- We also have a car rental company. Our prices are interesting.
