Detached vacation home with lots of Privacy

Holiday home for quiet connoisseurs,

An idyllic place where you can really let time stand still. Located at the 't Zijpereilant holiday park. You will enjoy the spacious enclosed garden. The lively town of Schagen and the charming town of Callantsoog with its beautiful beaches are just around the corner. The North Sea coast is close by. Even the beautiful island of Texel and the bustling city of Amsterdam can be reached within an hour. You can be in Anna Paulowna for your daily shopping within 5 minutes, but the area is also ideal for exploring by bicycle.

Enjoy peace and nature in the Kop van Noord-Holland.

Where it is still really dark and quiet at night. Inside, the wood-burning stove, with a basket of wood ready and waiting, creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

The layout is pleasant and spacious.

The house has a spacious kitchen with a cozy, robust dining area. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom. The indoor storage room is perfect for all your belongings. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with two box-spring beds and a child's bed. There is a second toilet with a washbasin on this floor. On the mezzanine floor there is a single bed and a single sofa bed (with a top mattress). It is also a great place to chill out.

Enjoy the large garden outside.

In early spring or fall, you can easily enjoy the sun outside thanks to the glass-enclosed porch. The large tree next to the house provides shade when it gets too warm. Lots of privacy and tranquility. There is a shed for your bicycles and a parking space on the property. The comfortable patio furniture and the sun bed to enjoy the sun complete the picture. You can fish from the dike and a fishing license is included. You can easily park on site.

Would you like to take a vacation or weekend away with friends or family? The Bertus 61, Kakelbont 62 and Annie 66 vacation homes are close to each other, ideal for several families who want to enjoy their vacation together.

The park has a playground, a seasonal outdoor pool (with limited supervision) and a large lawn for sports and games. A free fishing license is provided and you can cast your line almost from the garden.

Erholsame Tage in Wohlfühlumgebung

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön am Rand einer kleinen überschaubaren Feriensiedlung. Vom großen Garten aus konnten wir Schafe sehen und jeden Morgen Enten füttern. Das war für die kleinen Gäste das absolute Highlight.Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Auch für 6 Leute und einen Hund war das Haus groß genug. Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur gut , sondern auch schön ausgestattet.Von der Unterkunft sind alle umliegenden Strände in ca 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen.Die Unterkunft

Das Häuschen war gemütlich eingerichtet und für unser Vierbeiner war auch ein Korb da (Leckerchen, eine Decke, ein Napf).Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist, dass sich an alle Scheiben im Haus das Kondenswasser nur so runter läuft, deshalb ist es trotz heizen immer ein wenig feucht.Sehr aufmerksame Vermieter die auf jede Frage direkt antworten und in der Nähe wohnen.

Rust in stormachtige polder

Heerlijk rustig verblijf. Ondanks herfstachtige weer heerlijk tot rust gekomen. Voor de hond ook perfect, kon fijn buiten spelen, wel veel plassen water in de omheinde tuin. Alles in het huisje was dik in order.

Schöner Urlaub

Leider war das Wetter sehr schlecht, die ganze Zeit kalt, Rgen und Sturm. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, zu beachten ist, dass das dritte "Zimmer" oben eine offene Empore zum Wohnzimmer unten hat. Ein Toaster wäre schön gewesen und eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Backofen. Sehr schöne Lage, ruhig und idyllisch.

Schöner Urlaub kleine Makel

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. Leider hatten wir viele Ameisen im Haus an Orten wo man diese nicht haben sollte. Viele Armaturen waren nicht richtig abgestaubt. Trotzdem ingesamt ein schönes Haus.

Really a nice place in springtime

All was very nice and the location with direct access to walk way on the channel was amazing for the dog. I assume that it may be a bit crowded during summer season. However, location and house are exactly as described. You may restaff the plates and cutlery... Thanks!

Traumhaftes Haus in ländlicher Umgebung

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dem wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichteten Häuschen! Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es nur für fehlende Fliegenfenster - bei dem vielen Wasser drumherum gab es eine Menge Mücken! Und in der Küche fehlte und eine Teekanne und Kuchengabeln.

Schön eingerichtetes und sauberes Ferienhaus, das für 5 Erwachsene mit Kleinkind und Hund gut geeignet war. Allerdings befindet sich das 5. Bett auf der Empore und nicht in einem separaten Raum. Toll ist auch das nutzbare Gemeinschaftsfreibad, das jedoch nicht beheizt ist. Familie Tiel hat auf Anfragen sofort reagiert und unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Vielen Dank!

Haus und Umgebung sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine angenehme Woche. Gefehlt hat höchstens ein Toaster. Schön wäre auch Information über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in deutscher Sprache.
