"We loved our weeks stay there, tastefully decorated, plenty of room, fully stocked with any utensils you would ever need. I would stay again. The only thing we were unhappy with was a message from the owner via the property management asking if there was an issue with the heating as the house was showing 30 degrees, in other words turn down the heating. "The apartment is cozy, comfortable and well equipped. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are okay. The location of the house is spectacular, on first sight, but comes with a few disadvantages. If you found a parking space nearby, you can really relax and enjoy your stay. If not, you are in quite a trouble, especially when you have to carry your baggage. Comfortable stay

"Excellent location, no parking on site but there is a multi storey car park a short walk away. Rooms are spacious with everything you need and the rooftop bar is good if a little understaffed at busy times. Breakfast was good and the service couldn’t be faulted "

"We couldn’t fault the hotel, the room was lovely , service staff for the rooms , were very polite and did a fantastic job, Breakfast was great, everything was there you needed, plenty of food and tea and coffee, waiting staff were fantastic We had a lovely evening meal as well, very nice and pleasant evening . Reception staff were lovely and polite and cheerful. Car was safe in hotel car park , We very much enjoyed our stay , we will be back . Thank you "

Great hotel, close to shops & restaurants.

"This is a great hotel within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was large and clean, had a large comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was also very quiet which is a bonus! Staff were very friendly and informative. Parking was included for an extra charge. We will certainly stay there again when visiting Exeter! "
