"I was offered breakfast not only after the night I stayed, but also on the morning before I checked in when I left my bag for the day! It is a full, hot breakfast with excellent choices, including terrific oatmeal and toppings and the best egg bites I have ever had. The room was huge, comfortable, clean, with a great view over the city. Even though I was next to the elevator, there was no banging or clanging or much talking in the hallways. I highly recommend this place for all the reasons above, PLUS the incredibly reasonable price and great location - I walked to all of my meetings."

"First two nights there was no house keeping. I was told the hotel didn’t have enough linen to change the bedding and also they were short staffed. This was felt at check in, I wasn’t able to check in until 4pm which was incredibly frustrating as I needed the room to change for a conference. Check out is 11am so they had plenty of time to clean the rooms. I got the impression they only had a couple of people working in house keeping. The room was nice and spacious and breakfast was nice. Location was very central and good for amenities. Lots of homeless in Ottawa in general so wasn’t the nicest place to walk at night. We saw someone getting arrested outside the hotel door."
