La location è strategica e gli appartamenti sono inseriti in un contesto dove è evidente l'attenzione al dettaglio e la qualità dei materiali. Le dotazioni sono più che sufficienti per conservare e cucinare in vacanza, ma se manca qualcosa la gestione (Marco) provvede. La piscina è un valore aggiunto per le famiglie che vogliono rilassarsi in tranquillità e comodità con i loro bambini, come anche per chi, di ritorno dalla spiaggia, vuole finire la giornata coccolato nelle aree massaggio. Il parcheggio, di ottima capienza, è comodo, a ridosso degli alloggi e tra piccoli ulivi.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura una settimana a fine agosto 2023 mio marito, io e nostra figlia di 2 anni. La struttura si presenta in modo piacevole e curato, le stanze sono accoglienti e la piscina è il suo vero punto forte. Quello che manca è una gestione professionale: nonostante avessi telefonato per chiedere il lettino per nostra figlia, al nostro arrivo non c’era e ci è stato fornito solo il giorno successivo (con la scuola che noi non l’avevamo chiesto… quando avevo telefonato ben 2 volte). La reception apre pochi minuti al giorno e in orari imprevedibili, quindi i clienti si ritrovano un po’ persi. Nonostante su internet fosse descritto un ristorante all’interno del residence, in realtà il ristorante risulta chiuso e in disuso quindi se si vuole mangiare fuori è sempre necessario prendere la macchina. Peccato per queste piccole mancanze perché la struttura avrebbe un grande potenziale.

Io e la mia amica siamo state ospitate dal residence la pineta per 5 giorni. Personale disponibile e cortese per qualunque esigenza. Casetta accogliente e assolutamente pulita. Dotata di tutti i comfort dalla tv, al condizionatore. Nonostante fossimo in 2 la camera disponeva comunque di 4 posti letto. All’interno del residence c’è anche una piscina a cui si può accedere con l’uso della cuffia (cosa forse che si può evitare). Disponibilità di noleggio bici tramite il dirigente Marco. Fermata dell'autobus non troppo distante lo stesso per il mare (400mt). Vicino al residence c’è il campeggio con un minimarket aperto dalle 7.30 alle 13.30 e dalle 17.00 alle 20.30 comodo per le piccole spese. Consigliato
