Beautiful property with friendly hosts. The stables are small but comfortable and surprisingly warm. There is a nice fireplace and a few other heaters to keep you warm when it gets a bit more chilly. Loft bedroom is lovely and very clean, and the whole place feels very private. Would definitely stay again.
Great little spot! Would definitely stay here again. Very private surrounded by bush and wildlife. Would love to sat in winter and have the fire going.
This was the cutest accomodation. It was comfortable and so full of character. We had everything we needed and the surroundings were so peaceful. I just loved staying here. I hope we can return and stay longer.
Really enjoyed the seclusion this property offered, while still being in close proximity to amenities. Fantastically converted building. Comfortable, well situated and all the comforts of home provided.
Such a beautiful and unique place to stay! Exactly what I needed, I can can see myself returning next time I am in town. Friendly hosts and everything you need!
This was our 2nd stay in this unique bach. Very well equipped kitchen. Cozy bedroom and lounge area upstairs. Enjoyed wandering the lovely nursery grounds, especially private as they are closed during the week. Great access to Otaki Forks, Otaki Beach...and outlet shopping!
Perfect cozy spot for a relaxed getaway - very private warm and well set up. Such a beautiful setting as well among the green trees and plants. We will tell our friends about this unique place to stay
Such a delightful stay! So cosy with the fire on, well stocked with firewood, had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook all our meals. No wifi which was so nice to unplug. Nice and private to have our own space out of sight of the rest of the property. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend away :)
I was very impressed. I loved the history of the old stables - now converted tastefully into accommodation, and I thoroughly enjoyed the native plant arboretum and nursery where I saw many rare native plants. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly too.
