Check in process was simple and quick the exterior of the property is neat and clean we booked two rooms next to each other both rooms were out dated but clean one room was filled with gnats or fruit flies not a huge deal but still not something you want to deal with after a long day.

Get ready for this wonderful surprise! The Knights Inn Oswego is a great property near the commerce area of town. All we needed was a quick overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable, shower was just right. And how very accommodating the staff was. Roger and Angela really go above and beyond. I now know that this little place books up and when I plan my next trip, the first thing I will do is make sure I lock in my dates here. A great experience for a great budget motel. Recommended.

This was my 4th or 5th stay now at Knights Inn. It’s exactly what I need for a visit with my college student. Hotel staff have always been pleasant and welcoming. I even offered to move to a smaller room because my original party of 4, turned into a party of 1. Staff were welcome to make any changes I asked for. But, in the end just kept my room the way it was. Rooms have always been clean and ready upon arrival for all of my stays

Fraudulent business - stayed here for a wedding and when we returned, the key card did not work. We were unable to access the room until staff returned at 7am. Front desk and corporate were angry and unwilling to reconcile the incident after the fact. When you book here, you risk not having a room that night

The fact of the matter is this is for all intents and purposes a motel. There were no amenities that I noticed, nor had time to use to be fair, so maybe there was something and I just wasn't aware. Having a Dunkin Donuts basically in the parking lot was a big plus. I will say, for a "motel" the room was as clean as could be. The beds were incredibly soft and we had a great night's sleep. The pillows were a little flatter than I liked but they gave us eight for two beds so I just staked a few. Now the room itself was showing some age. The bathroom door stuck a bit and the shower nozzles required some torque to open and close. Again, I am not saying this is a 5 star hotel and I think even a 3 star would be fair. I gave it 4 stars because it exceeded my expectations.
