Terrazza Panoramica Cavour by Wonderful Italy
Wonderful historic apartment with furnished panoramic terrace, set in the heart of the historic center of Ostuni.
The accommodation, spread over two floors, opens onto a bedroom with a queen-size bed featuring a balcony, located on the mezzanine floor. The upper level's layout includes a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, table, and sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The spacious terrace, overlooking the village, is perfect for outdoor dining.
*The apartment includes several sets of stairs.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its blindingly white, immense historic center culminates in the Cathedral that soars over the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park, and a crystal-clear sea. Characteristic are its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà, and the column of St. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.
Its countryside stretches into the heart of the Itria Valley. A few kilometers away is Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and enogastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnatia, Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic center and beautiful beaches. To the north we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westward there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, characteristic of its Sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
The accommodation is less than a 40-minute drive from Brindisi airport and a 15-minute drive from Ostuni train station.
