The space
The cozy beachhouse was fully refurbished in 2022.

It offers a spacious kitchen-living room with gas cooker and electric oven and is fully air-conditioned.

Two bedrooms, with very comfortable mattresses. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed (200x180) and a built-in wardrobe, the smaller bedroom with a double bed (200x160) and a mirrored wardrobe.

Both rooms have patio doors for an airy as well as bright room climate and are separately accessible.

The comfortable box-spring sofa bed (200x160) in the kitchen-living room offers two additional sleeping places.

In the hallway to the bathroom, you will find a washing machine and a small wardrobe.

The outdoor area consists of a covered terrace, a forecourt with hot water outdoor shower and barbecue grill, and a roof terrace.

Here you can enjoy an aperitif, relax on the sunbeds, and celebrate life with groups with wine and freshly prepared local fish.

The villa also offers various retreats to be alone.
