Doppelhaushälfte, gut eingerichtet. Es gab genügend Schränke um die Kleidung ordentlich zu verstauen. Küche komplett eingerichtet, nur eine Mikrowelle fehlt. Die Dusche ist klein aber ausreichend. Es ist genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Die Lage ist gut, sowohl Wald als auch Ortszentrum sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos (trotz staubedingter Spätanreise)Was wäre evt. zu verbessern:Ein Lageplan des Objektes für die Anreise, das Navi versucht einen eine Einfahrt eher hineinzulotsen, man steht dann aber am Wegende vor einer Hecke. Auch der Parkplatz wäre dann einfacher zu finden, die Schilder sind in der Dämmerung schnell zu übersehen.Die Häuser sind außen gut beschriftet, wer aber den Vorraum mit 4 Zugängen erwischt, steht im Flurinneren vor 4 Türen, wo keine Objektnummern mehr stehen. Hier würde eine Nummer an der Tür hilfreich sein.

FH in Prerow

Sehr sauberes FH, ausgestattet mit allem was man im. Haushalt benötigt. Gut wäre noch ein BZ oder WC im OG. Sonst gute Raumaufteilung. W-Lan und TV mit Internet, also auch bei schlechten Wetter gut nutzbar, wir waren rundherum zufrieden 😁

Komfortable, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferien Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser ausreichend großen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung! Per Rad waren Strände und Zentrum gut zu erreichen. Unser Hund hat sich sich auch wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung sehr nett! Gerne wieder!

Sehr schön und nur zu empfehlen!

Dankeschön! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit einer sehr schönen Wohnung. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir werden es gerne weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt um alles zu Fuß erreichen zu können. Mit dem kleinen Gartenanteil einfach perfekt. LG Petra Baron-Kammerer und Stefan Kammerer mit Hund Guinness.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vom Fliegengitter bis zur Kaffeedose. Alles da. Auch praktisch - gegenüber ist ein Fahrradverleih. Einzig, für kleinere Kinder wäre eine größere Wiese zum Spielen willkommen. Wir brauchten Sie aber nicht. Wir kommen gern wieder.
