「Struttura un po’ vecchiotta. Camera molto piccola ma visto che serve solo per dormire, per 2 va bene così. Suggerirei solo qualche mensola o appoggia oggetti in più in bagno. 「We spent one night at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. Simple rooms but with everything. The spa is also great, and the restaurant is excellent. Everything went great and we will definitely stay here again whenever we come to this area. Only thing that could be improved is that the pool temperature was not very warm (definitely not 35 degrees), so it was a bit cold for the cool weather.」

「Nous avons été ravie durant notre passage a Varzo. Cette établissement est très bien ! La chambre est légèrement petite. Le petit déjeuner était super, tout est fait mais, un vrai régal ! "3日間宿泊しましたが、快適に過ごすことができました。３階の角部屋で部屋も広くバスタブ付きの洗面所も清潔感がありました。駅からは少し離れていますが、賑やかで美しい通りのウィンドーショッピングを楽しみつつ徒歩10分圏内です。部屋は持参した電気ポットを使うとブレーカーが落ちてしまい、お湯が沸かせなかったのですが、フロントの方に相談し、毎晩お湯をいただくことができました。9月末の気候は暑からず寒からずだったのでエアコンは必要ありませんでしたが、洗濯物を干すために夜は部屋の備え付けヒーターを使いました。部屋からのマッターホルンの眺めは、天候が良ければチラッと頭の部分だけは見えると思います。もっと見たければ、外に出れば徒歩7-8分で素晴らしいモルゲンロートも拝めます。（日本人橋までの距離もそのくらい） 物価高のスイスですが、こちらのホテル（私達の部屋）の宿泊料はお値段以上に満足しています。お世話になりました。"
