「We had never been to Sarasota before and were thrilled with the location of this Vacation Rental. Walking/biking (Legacy Trail) distance to parks, groceries, and museums on a quiet dead end street. Easy access to beaches, theaters, and friends on various Keys. The home itself was super clean and comfortable supplied with everything we might need. The owner was exceptionally respectful of our privacy and immediately responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.」

「Perfectly clean, perfectly appointed, & amazingly convenient! The public boat launch is across the canal & Florida’s favorite grocer only 1/2 mile away. Perhaps the best seafood restaurant for miles is literally at the end of the street. Yet the house is on a quiet street and a self-contained vacation in itself. 「My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.」
