"If you need somewhere to stay for a night next to the train station then it’s convenient and ok. If you’re looking for a vacation then for me I would chose something else. The staff were lovely and helpful. "
"We had a one bedroom apartment, full kitchen, pretty spacious. It definitely needed some updates, the beds were not comfortable, but it was clean and good price for one night stay.
Pretty far from the city center and not in the best neighborhood.
"
"Good sized room and well appointed -- super helpful staff -- while away from the city center, the hourly van service to city center was a real bonus."
"The room was clean and as described. The communication with the staff was super easy and friendly. We just stayed for one night but would do so agaim"
"No check in information was provided. No one answered when I rang the contact number. Luckily a maintenance person was passing and he helped. The room smelt of cigarette and the maintenance guy tried to say it was the air freshener he used. In fact I think it may have been that they allowed smoking right outside the windows of the room. Things got worse then, even though my booking was clearly for a comfort room with double bed and sofa bed for my son they setup the room for 2 adults. I know I...
"Except from location, everything was a positive surprise for us. Cleanliness, perfect breakfast (1 free!), very helpfull staff, good bed and okay bathroom (small shower).
As mentioned, we knew before booking, all that is a minus is the distance to city center. Citybus available, but should be plannend well.
Overall, we would certainly recommend a stay!"
"The electricity totally cut out at around 9pm my second night here and was not resolved by the time i left the following morning at 10am. there is no reception at this hotel and it operates through self-check-in procedures. Incredibly frustrating that when contacting me to request i pay the city tax the hotel admin are accessible on whatsapp, but when i need to contact them to ask for the literal electricity to be fixed they are totally unresponsive! "The hotel is very nice overall — clean, comfortable, and with a pleasant atmosphere, though it does feel a bit dated in terms of decor and facilities. The room was tidy, and the bed was fine, but the pillows were quite old and not very comfortable. They did offer other pillow options, but only for an additional fee of €3, which felt a bit unnecessary.
Breakfast was very good in terms of quality, but somewhat limited for vegetarians. Some items commonly included in hotel breakfasts (like plant-based alternatives or hot vegetarian options) were only available for an extra charge — up to €11.
My main disappointment was the location. The hotel is quite far from any kind of public transportation. If you plan to go anywhere, you’ll most likely need to take a taxi, which adds up quickly and makes the stay less convenient."
"First time staying in Verona and couldn’t have picked a better property. Very clean and well maintained . Large unit with large shower which is not normal in Italy. Gated secure property located within walking distance to shopping area and restaurants. The check in was very simple and very informative. I would highly recommend this property "
"Staff was very friendly, breakfast was phenomenal! We have a large family so we like to find places that include breakfast and this one was amazing! Room seemed clean and we had a nice and cool nights sleep. A little out of the way from the city center (maybe 30-35 min walk?) but, it was only a 15 min walk from the train station. Our family doesn’t mind the walking so it was good for us!"
Just within the city gates, find restaurants, bars and classic architecture in this sprawling square, which is one of the most visited sites in Verona.
