Super clean and quiet! Did a quick overnight for a cruise in the morning, but lots of restaurants nearby. Bed was super comfy although the pillows are flat by American standards.

One of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve ever been and it was over $700 for two days-very steep price,but then it’s the height of the tourist season. I rated the staff 3 stars because I never saw any. The hotel is in a great location

Rooms need updating, paint work had multiple chips and scrapes. Can’t rate the staff, as did not see any. You check in and out yourself, so unless you use the bar and restaurant, you see no staff.

The location is perfect for exploring the main attractions of Oslo. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy to get to the public transportation. Size of the room was good though our friends had a much smaller room which would not have been as comfortable. Check in was easy. Great to have a luggage room to leave our bags.Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in the middle of Oslo. Very central location, within walking distance if all the sights, and a stones throw from the harbour. Easy check in and check out processes. My only criticism is that my room faced inwards onto a courtyard (no sunlight or ability to see the weather outside), and I was unable to open the window, so room was a little stuffy. Otherwise a great experience!

The hotel was close to the city attractions and city hall! Rooms were too small!! Okay for one night! Breakfast was very good!

Be careful. Unfortunately I left an Apple Watch charger in my room after checkout. Even I contacted the hotel almost immediately they confirmed their cleaners “didn’t find it”. It was just a charger but it’s sad to have this experience in a country like Norway.

Overall a very good stay. The location is prime.. the only issue i has ia thay thr property is self service front desk. There is no reception and no for to ask for help. I had an issue trying to extend one night. The website was not working properly. It was a nuisance. Not to mention no security ir sense of some to talk to.. very weird for a hotel. Never seen this ever.

Christmas market visit.

Budget hotel near the city centre. Ideally placed for the Christmas market beside the ice rink. Good choice at breakfast. Lack of information on how to use the room and room service had to be requested!

Fine for a few days

Great location. Good sized room (deluxe). Clean and and a great shower. Room was too hot - only option was a floor fan that was not powerful enough and fell to bits. Windows did not open for fresh air. Bed was ok but the pillows were too soft. No USB outlets, no fridge. Only 1 elevator was working. Breakfast was ok but only 1 kind of fresh bread and store bought mini chocolate croissants.

Can't say I'll be coming back. The room was very small, not at all what the picture showed. There was a handicap sink in the bathroom which was too big to do your make-up infront of so I had to stand on the side. The bathroom was unnecessarily big and the other room too small. There was no possibility to open the window to get some fresh air, NOT GOOD! They didn't empty our trashcan once during our stay, which was 4 days. The service staff wasn't available, you had to go around looking for them. One of the elevators was out of order and the other one almost never available. I don't recommend this hotel because it seems like you'll never know what you get, stay clear of this one!
