"Best service, friendly, clean, beautiful, well planned, has a variety store at the front desk for little incidentals, really nice complimentary breakfast, lots of parking & easily accessible. The rooms are stunning, comfortable, clean, very accessible. Smells good, beautiful finishings. Extremely impressed & would love to stay again! Great prices too! "

"Room was very clean but we were surprised that we booked a suite yet there wasn’t a door on the bedroom for privacy. That’s not a suite - it’s a studio and should have been charged that way. Secondly, neither TV would stream even though we tried multiple times. The remotes only worked intermittently. Don’t have breakfast there if you have high blood pressure - the bacon was so salty it was almost inedible. Lastly, the noise was insane. There were kids running up and down the hallway until 11:30PM when my husband told them to pipe down, there was thumping all night above us, and the trains going by are quite loud. To their credit, the staff responded immediately when we went downstairs to complain about the kids. The staff was excellent and the hotel itself is very nice, but the experience of our stay was so frustrating that we contemplated leaving in the middle of the night. "

"Parking was good and the hosts were excellent. Place was very clean and homie. Would have liked a more detailed sheet to operate the TV. Being old I could not operate it properly. Still we got to see movies Etc. The kitchen was properly stacked with appliances and everything you would need. Enjoyed our stay"

"Nice house and great location . However , I recieved an up charge for cleaning fee before my stay started, wasn’t the cleanest, and lacked basic supplies you’d expect a rental unit to have . The host also chose to not reply/ return any of my messages or calls"

"No toilet paper provided, Asked for it and said it’s your responsibility to get toilet paper for the washroom. Blaming me for the bed sheet that already had a little hole that I did it. She will talk sweet but overall place isn’t good to stay. You will get blamed for literally everything. Calls you lier and threatens to report you"
