"Room was decent but it had a bad smell when you walked in. There was a empty wall airfreshener plug in and a little mold behind the toilet. Asked the cleaning staff to leave cleaning towels and toilet paper for next overnight stay, got back to room and nothing there. Had to go to office for the items. "First of all, my husband and I are NOT high maintenance. We are NOT complainers. But this experience was beyond rediculous. I checked in and had a very friendly conversation with the host. We went to our room- the outside was covered with dead bugs and spiderwebs. The room was clean but had a stale odor.. like old smoke. I called the front desk and was told they had no other rooms. We attempted to turn on the AC but all that came out of the vents was warm air. My husband checked the closet and...

"Everything was wonderful such a beautiful place to stay."

"The lobby and my room on the first floor by the front desk smelled like chlorine from the pool. Children were running up and down the hall at 1:30am. People in the room above me walked/stomped around until after 3:30 am."
