"The property was ok. We stayed bay side so had to cross the street with beach gear. Parking was an issue due to to many cars parking not in front of assigned unit. Tried calling office but never a call back. Had to go to office to ask for towels which units only have 2 towels. Laundry was always being used so could not do laundry. It’s ok to stay 1 or 2 nights but not any longer. The mattresses need updating asap! Was not comfortable at all. The water pressure is really bad. Could not wash shampoo out of my hair. I feel for the price the units need a little updating and maintenance to charge what we paid."

"Overall, the stay was great and the property has an amazing location with excellent amenities. The beach and pool are literally steps away, which is what makes this place so enjoyable. There were only two downsides during our stay. First, the TV in the room does not support WiFi or streaming services like Netflix, and the available channels are very limited. Normally this would not be a huge issue because most of your time is spent enjoying the beach and pool. However, on a rainy day when you may want to relax indoors and watch something, it can get pretty boring very quickly. The second issue is not directly with the property itself, but with the beach umbrella and chair service associated with it. The service only operates from 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM, and at 5 PM the staff removes all chairs and umbrellas regardless of whether guests are still using them. Considering this is a paid service and not tip-based, I believe it should remain available later into the afternoon so guests can continue enjoying the beach comfortably. Other than those two points, the place is excellent and I would still recommend it for the location and overall experience."

"It was a cool place. Best experience on the beach I have had in my life. The one thing is that they could use a few updates, you can tell it’s been some years since they took the photos till now. However, it was a great time for the family. You won’t regret it."

"The unit was smaller than what I expected but all we really needed for 2 ppl & it was very clean. Weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of time at unit out on screened in lanai which was nice. Pool was shared with the other units on property but also very nice.The host was extremely helpful when I had an issue with washing machine that was really nobody's fault. It was a result of a plumber she had recently used forgetting to turn water supply back on. The unit is conveniently located and we enjoyed our stay."
