不愉快な対応

予約完了メールが届き、決済をしたのにも関わらず、当日になってお部屋をご用意出来ないと言われ大変困りました。担当の方にお電話しても対応がしっかりしていなく、とても不愉快でした。今後このサイトでの予約はしません。

通天閣近し黒門市場近し

排水口から臭いがする。部屋にも少し臭いが漂ってた。電気ポットの蓋にホコリの固まりが最悪だー掃除が行き届いて無いのかなぁそれ以外は場所的も良い感じやし良い旅でした。

掃除をしていない

床に髪の毛が沢山落ちていて掃除をしていませんでした。人数の関係でベットの他に布団が敷いてありましたが、上げた時に裏に床の髪の毛がびっちり。寒気がしましたその他にもWi-Fiのルーターは充電が無くすぐ使えませんでしたしお湯のタンクが無くなったのか朝お湯がでませんでした(その後自分で操作し夜には出ました) そして洗面所の洗濯機の場所に洗濯機が置いていなかったのでそこの排水口を塞いでおらず下水臭い臭いが上がってきて最悪でした。マンション自体は綺麗でしたが、安いとは言えもう少しきちんとして欲しいです

Convenient and comfortable

Conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Ebisu-cho station the room was surprisingly spacious with a separate bathroom and toilet. The management were easily contactable via line and very helpful when our airline lost our baby stroller and the hot Water stopped working. The small kitchen was a great amenity and we were very satisfied with our stay. My only negative comment would be that the advertised washing machine had been removed and replaced with a mirror which was a little annoying but it was still a good choice.

難波が近く色々な店が行ける

寝るだけなら充分、洗濯機もあるので帰ってからが楽。夜食もレンジがあるし便利。歩いて10分ぐらいで難波なので、色々楽しむ所があって便利

Air BnB Style

Very new and modern apartments in DenDen Town. A little ways from Namba but only about a 20 minute walk. Was hoping to a Japanese style room so it would be easier for our 9 month old baby so a little disappointed with the Western style beds. If you are staying for an extended period, having the washing machine would be a bonus. More room than the average Japanese hotel. Good value for a night

新築マンションに引越してきたような

ワンルームマンションの一室でした。建物も設備も新しく、タオルなどの備品も清潔で良かったです。ユニットではなく独立の浴室、ウォシュレット付きのトイレも新しく、洗濯機・物干ピンチ、冷蔵庫・レンジに湯沸かしポット、食器類も揃っており、滞在利用も可と思います。飲料水などのドリンク類は無し。フリーwifiあり。あとは、レースのカーテンが無いことと、周辺環境が女性の夜の一人歩きは控えたいような場所であった点だけ気になりました。

강추합니다!!

처음에 난카이난바역에서 가깝다고했는데 가깝긴하지만 길이 살짝어려워서 돌고돌고 오래걸렸는데 닛폰바시는 거리는 쪼끔있지만 걸을만한정도에 길이 일직선으로만가면 되니까 좋더라구요 싱글침대 2개짜리 방이었는데 침대는 쪼끔 삐그덕거렸지만 꿀잠자기 좋은 이불과 베개♡ 침실따로 주방따로 화장실따로 나눠져있어서 청결하고 수건도 여유롭고 다 만족합니다!!

가격 대비 기대 이상의 숙소

리모델링한지 얼마 안 된 것 같은 냄새가 나고 깨끗했습니다. 그런데 예약 사이트에 표시된 위치와 실제 위치가 달라서 조금 헤멨습니다. 그래도 전체적인 위치는 괜찮습니다. 단기간 숙박에 적합한 것 같습니다.

비추천

도착해서 방문을 열어보니 쓰레기장 같았다. 전화(국제전화)했더니 그때서야 청소부를 불러 청소시키겠다고 했다. 금액도 전산오류로 과다하게 청구되었다. 많은 국제전화 끝에 환불받을 수 있었지만 마음 고생이 이만저만이 아니다.

我們是訂Osaka nihonbashi No.2的客人，大約晚上九點抵達飯店，一進房門發現房間根本沒有打掃！床鋪非常淩亂，還有前一個房客留下來的褲子和毛髮～真的很誇張！因為日文不通所以拜託隔日預入住的民宿老闆代為聯絡，以致於我們5/18無地方入住！代為聯絡表示房務人員沒有打掃！且無多的空房！我們要求退費及"賠償損失"，當下已拍照及錄影存證，麻煩速件處理.。

Hope it will be better

The location is good and safe. But the name searched at Expedia.com is not same as this apartment! The room is bigger than hotel but not really clear. The bedding in the wardrobe is dirty with some shed hair and smell not good. There are no pocket wifi at the room and I need to ask the homeowner for take the pocket wifi. It's not convenient, also there do not have washing machines and vacuum cleaner. And the homeowner send me the accommodations manual said that the check out time is not same as the homeowner!!! I hope the services will be better at the future. 酒店地理位置不錯也安全但expedia顯示的名字跟apartment的名字是不一樣的！房間大但有點骯髒，衣櫃內的被鋪有味道和頭髮碎。屋內沒有wifi設備，需要再聯絡屋主拿取，頗不方便。屋內也沒有洗衣機和吸塵工具。屋主告訴我的check out時間跟入住手冊的時間不一樣，希望房間的服務能夠改善。

Don't even think about it.

The name and address on the Expedia website are both wrong. We struggled to find the hotel in the rain. The room was not cleaned after last guest checked out. There were trash in the bin, dust on table and floors, and the bedcover was unchanged.

NOT a very pleasant experience

Not a pleasant experience. First of all, we didn't receive the information about how to access the room before we arrive. I have to call the owner to figure out how to access the room. The address shown on Hotels.com was not accurate at all. Second, there was no power when we finally got into the room. It took them 2 hours to fix the problem. Third, the room was messy. There was dirty clothes in the closet. the last but not the least, there was smoky smell in the room. I guess probably the previous guest burned something in the room. It made us feel very uncomfortable and couldn't have quality sleep. Fortunately, we only stayed there for one night. P.S. There was a warning message in the elevator said that apartment is not a hotel. Staying there is illegal and will be reported to police. That message made us felt very unpleasant.

住在一間小小的日本房子，出入口的設計很安全，鄰近的商店也很多，只是覺得棉被或是地毯的清潔度可以再整潔一點。

가성비 좋고 위치 좋은 숙소

덴덴타운에 위치한 숙소입니다. 난바와 신세카이(츠텐카쿠) 사이에 위치하여 양쪽에 접근성이 모두 좋습니다. 착한 가격에 깨끗합니다. 큰 길가가 아니지만 주인이 워낙 자세하게 찾는 법을 메일로 알려주어 어려움은 없습니다. 무료 와이파이 제공하는 것이 큰 장점이고 기본적인 조리도구와 싱크대, 식기를 제공하므로 가까운 편의점(밖에 바로 로손이 있음)에서 장본 것으로 아침을 가볍게 해결하기 좋습니다. 방마다 다를 수는 있는데 2인용 침대가 있는 방에 3명이 투숙하면 이불 한 채를 바닥에 깔아 3명까지 투숙 가능합니다. 성인 3인이면 살짝 좁을 수도 있지만 밤에 잠만 잘 것이라면 문제는 안 될 겁니다. 단점이라면 객실관리를 투숙 중간에는 해 주지 않으므로 청소를 해 주거나 수건 등을 교체해 주지 않는다는 것, 또 덴덴타운 상가에 성인용 dvd 등을 파는 가게가 많아 어린 자녀에게는 좋은 환경이 아닐 수 있다는 것 정도입니다. 체크인 16시, 체크아웃 10시입니다. 또 제가 묵은 방엔 tv가 없었는데 tv 필요하신 분은 문의해 보시는 게 좋겠습니다. 숙소에 프론트데스크가 꼭 필요하다고 생각하지 않는다면 착한 가격에 좋은 위치에 묵을 수 있는 좋은 선택이 될 수 있을 겁니다.
