The house is in a great location! Super close to the train station and other great stops. The host left instructions for everything in the house and a detailed book for the area around us. It was all very helpful!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Having a refrigerator and kitchen was very helpful, especially for preparing quick meals and storing snacks. The 7-Eleven just a short walk away was also super convenient. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind, always quick to respond and genuinely caring. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Hope to return again soon!

Wonderful home

Spacious and comfortable home away from home

My family stayed at Rinka's lovely two-storey home in Osaka for 3 nights in December. We received impeccable communication prior to arriving so we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived. We were provided with everything our family needed during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, with a separate bedroom for each of us. The home is within walking distance to a train station as well as some great shopping and restaurants. If we are ever in Osaka again, we will not hesitate to stay here again.

Local Comforts, Internationally!

Rinka is AMAZING! From the day I booked her place she's been attentive and prompt to respond. I extended my trip towards the end, and when I asked her ahead of time she was very helpful in assisting me in extending my stay with her! The place was clean and xomfortable, and taking the train from Namba and back was so easy; i could get to anywjere! Thank you, Rinka! I hope to stay with her again!

Osaka Gem

Our family of 5 stayed at Rinko’s property from Nov. 22-Nov. 24. From Kansai airport, we took the train then walked 5 minutes from Sumiyoshi higachi station to the property. The trains were very accessible, by the way. The house is a modern/traditional design with energy and water efficiency throughout. The Japanese silk screen room dividers and shoji screen door at the main entrance added a wonderful experience of Japan’s natural beauty and art. Rinka was waiting for us at the house and greeted us enthusiastically upon our arrival. She took the time to show us all the facilities and also explained the house rules. (No slippers on the tatami please!). The amenities and Rinka’s service were beyond our expectations! Our family of 3 adults and 2 children, fit quite comfortably. All the guest conveniences were well thought out, from the towels to the cell phone charging blocks, which were provided! I highly recommend this property when visiting Osaka and can’t wait to visit again!

The house was spacious, by Japanese standards for three adults, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a train station so it was easy to access the rest of the city. The host was very friendly and communicative. I had an excellent time.

Great location, great host, we had a great time!

Thanks to the host, we had a great time, the house is VERY comfortable, close to restaurants, close to convenience stores and well equipped. We even used the bikes and getting around by train was very convenient, very good choice for families. I would definitely return in an instant.

Great stay and experience

We had a great time staying at Rinka’s home. Good location and comfortable house. There are everything in the house that we need. Rinka is very helpful and has a great communication. Quick response and very supportive. Thank you for everything you did and offered to us. We will return if we visit Osaka again.

Sumiyoshi-ku

Extremely well maintained house convenient to the station, and once on the train, easy to get most anywhere in Osaka and beyond. Rinka-san was a gracious and thoughtful host. The only difficulty for us was that the toilet is on the first floor and sleeping is on the second. This was a minor issue and we managed fine.

Welcoming Home

Rinka was very communicative, flexible and helpful throughout the process. She went above and beyond to insure our stay was a good experience. My daughter's hope when visiting Japan was to be able to stay in a traditional Japanese home and to sleep on a futon bed, but we needed a home that also had a western bed for my mother. Rinka's place had both types available so that we were all comfortable. The area is quiet and close to transport. It was fun to explore the area and the use of the bikes was a great addition. Thank you so much Rinka for being so welcoming and helping to make our visit to Osaka a happy one.

Our Home in Osaka

Very spacious for Japan standards and fully stocked with everything you may want and need to cook. Best water pressure in a shower that I have ever experienced… The firmness of the western style bed was difficult to get used to but that is typical in Japan. My partner and I stayed for about a month and SumiYoshi became our home away from home. A quaint residential neighborhood that fulfilled our desire to live and feel like locals. Friendly neighborhood in which we felt safe walking around late at night with few lights in the street. Fantastic communication with Rinka!! She went above and beyond. She’s not your typical host. You wont regret booking!
