"This was a beautiful condo and PERFECT location in commuting to the conference I was attending at Margaritaville. I was disheartened on arriving and seeing the deck under reconstruction, didn't see that when I originally booked my reservation as that would've been a deal breaker for me. Otherwise nice condo with nice furnishings, I would definitely look at this one again for next years conferences."

"The condo was very comfortable and very clean. The older my husband and I get, the pickier we are with where we stay. This condo exceeded our expectations and we had a great stay. We received all the information and communication we needed for a smooth check in and check out process. The back deck had a beautiful view and plenty of comfortable chairs. If we come back to this area, we’d stay here again."

"Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. Chris was great providing us things to do and golf options. Condo is close to pool (not open yet) and playground. Condo was clean, beautiful view and bed was comfortable. Drank wine and watched rain a couple of nights. Off season is peaceful. Chris thank you for sharing your condo with us. We hope to be back soon."

"The condo was very nice. I loved the location. The condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was a water bottle left in the master bedroom, i it definitely hasn’t been dusted in a while. The coffee pot and keurig had a lot of lime build up in them. Actually so much that we wouldn’t use either. There was a bottle of many shampoo that was left in the bathroom leaving me to suggest that the tub had not been properly cleaned."

"I wasn't sure what I was getting into here and was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted at the door and the door well held everytime I came and left. The check in/check out process was very quick, easy, and smooth. The lobby and pool areas are absolutely beaitiful. The resort was under construction during my stay but they were very respectful of quiet hours and privacy. I absolutely recommend and will be staying here again!"
