Newly remodeled condo with top-of-the-line furnishings, decor, and amenities. The top-floor view is one of the best in the lake. Did we mention LOCATION? An easy drive or Uber ride to anything you want to experience at the Lake. We strive to make this a lifelong memory for you and your guests and are humbled by the guests who want to make our retreat an annual part of their lives.

Upon arrival, your reserved parking spot is directly in front of the unit, one flight of steps and you enter the top floor unit. It is an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, a large breakfast bar with 4 stools, and a large sectional couch overlooking a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Large vaulted ceilings with a center electric fireplace and large screen TV round out the open floor area. Step through the large sliding doors onto your private balcony with one of the best views of the lake. And, yes the picture of the sunset in this listing was taken from this balcony. Back inside, the master bedroom has two wall-to-wall windows, one with a sliding door to the balcony, the other facing West. Sleep in the pillow-top queen bed with the blinds open and you will remember the magnificent night view for a long long time. The bedroom includes a private full bath and an oversized walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full-size sliding closet. It is located adjacent to the second full bath.
The spectacular loft will make you feel young and playful. It is accessible by a captain's ladder. It overlooks the family room and the wall-to-wall windows in the family room. This semi-private area is a great location for kids and teens to have their own area to relax and play. It's equipped with its own TV/entertainment center. It has 2 queen-size beds that are great for lounging, reading, playing video games, or watching a movie from our library of several hundred VHS and DVDs.

Please note, that the loft is not considered a separate bedroom. It is only accessible by a captain's ladder and does not contain a window or closet. The loft ceiling is sloped and the height of the ceiling is higher in the middle. The ceiling height on either side of the loft is not standard ceiling height.

If you prefer a new background drop for your Zoom meetings, why not try an extended work stay and enjoy a real backdrop? We provide a 29" widescreen monitor that can be set up anywhere, including on the patio.

Water toys such as kayaks, paddleboards, pontoon boat rentals, boat slips from 10X28 up to 16x48, and even an excursion on a Captained 41' Sea Ray express cruiser can be added to your reservation for a fee, located on-site. Call or email for details.

Guest Access:
This unit is located up 1 flight of steps from the parking lot. And, 2 flights above the pools, and 3 flights above the lakefront boardwalk and docks.

The Neighborhood:
Indian Pointe is a large 156-unit condo complex. Centrally located right in the heart of Osage Beach. Hy-Vee, Walmart, Target, Diebergs, Walgreens, CVS, Lowes, HD, Menards, and Movie Theaters, 9 golf courses within 10 miles. Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Lake House 13, and Encore, all are located within minutes of our home. Bldg 1-6 and pools 2 & 3 are on the water's edge, bldg 7-10, pool # 1, clubhouse, and the multi-sports court (pickleball, tennis, basketball) are located on the upper level. One reserved spot is located directly in front of the steps that lead to your unit. Additional open parking spaces are within 10 yards. Other Things to Note:
The loft is accessible by a captain's ladder only. Great space for teenagers and young adults. Please see the picture. No BBQ is allowed on the unit's decks.
We are pet-friendly, but only after the host gives prior approval. Guests must review and agree to abide by pet-specific rules and a $49 fee will apply.

Interaction with Guests:
We do have other units in the same building and spend a good amount of time enjoying the lake. So either we or an onsite representative is available the majority of the time to assist if needed.
