Lakefront Condo 2 Bed 1 Bath
Very nice lakefront condo with 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath. Washer/Dryer, wifi, AC (3 window units), balcony overlooking the lake, with BBQ grill, 2 TV's. Fish or swim off the dock (no pool), or have friends pick you up by boat.
By land, the condo is on W-15 (or Home Place Drive) off of Hwy W.
By water it is past Village Marina/Boathouse Bar and Grill in Jobson Hollow cove at the 3 mile marker.
FYI, there are several steps to the lake/dock.
Short drive to the Bagnell Dam Strip attractions.
Travelling nurses, or longer term tenants staying over 30 days are welcome to contact me about a reduced rate.

July 4th weekend getaway
The location of the property is perfect.

Nice Lake Front Condo and Location is great!
Great place overall. Spent a lot of time swimming off the docks. There are 2 docks and it was a little unclear which boathouse/dock. Was super convenient to have boat tied up right there on the water! Cove is super quiet but close to things to do on the water. Very well stocked. Loading in was a lot of work with all the stairs fyi & upstairs neighbor almost ran us over however our first night there and we have a very awkward/uncomfortable confrontation about it. He is not safe and talking w/other neighbors he has a serious criminal record and weapons charges. If the neighbor was not there we would definitely return.

Perfect lake getaway!!
This condo is right on the lake in an amazing cove! The cove is calm enough that you can swim right off the dock, but it’s also close to everything on the water if you have a boat with you. The condo has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Weekend Get Away
The property was very well maintained! The owner has stocked this property with everything you will need for your stay and was easy to reach! The only concern was that the steps down to the dock were very steep so if you don't like steps this might not be the place for you. The area around the dock was great for fishing and swimming and the neighbors do a great job of following the no wake zone so your whole family can feel safe in the water. If you have a dog with you there is not a great area to walk them but we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great condo for small family
This was a very nice condo. Very clean and well kept. The condo had everything we could imagine. This place was stocked better than any condo I've ever stayed in. Everything worked and owner was very responsive to all my questions. Great place to stay for small family or group of friends.

Amazing no other words needed
This location was perfect. The condo was so nice and had a beautiful view to sit out on back deck. Loved everything bout this place. Lantz was so quick to respond anytime I had a question. We will definitely be renting this place again.

Great for the weekend
Owner was quick to respond to all messages/questions; very smooth check-in. The location was fine, but for us specifically, it was a bit out of the way from where the rest of our group was staying. Very good experience.
