It is about 1 km to the beach (Lido Riccio). The property is surrounded by gardens and vineyards. A private pool with a sunbathing area invites you to relax. <br>The mountains are about a 45-minute drive away. Ortona, with its picturesque old town, is about 5 km away, and Pescara (airport, diverse shopping and recreational opportunities) is about 15 km away. Familienurlaub 2025
