"This was my first time at Ormond Beach and I will return! Staying in Jim’s house was absolutely wonderful. The house is a mixture of vintage and new, very clean and comfortable. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t provided, from coffee, plenty towels & washcloths to everything needed for a day at the beach, chairs, umbrellas etc. The location is perfect, ocean view and very short walk to the beach, most beautiful sunrise each morning. "Such a well decorated and comfortable little bungalow, with great beach access at the end of the street. Just the right location, with a fenced in back area for our dog. We were able to walk to the inter coastal one direction on the street and the beach the other. Property is well appointed and clean. The host was very nice and I highly recommend this property."

"We had an amazing stay at your beautiful beach house. It was the perfect ending to our summer. The house was exceptionally clean. organized, beautifully decorated, very spacious, cozy and well-equipped. The host was very nice and communication with her was very easy. "Our vacay was one of the best ever thanks to Tim's property in Ormond Beach! The condo was beautifully decorated had everything we needed for our stay, and the location is perfect! We were close to local restaurants, grocery and shopping. The beach is amazing, there were only a few walkers, fisherman, and sunbathers each day. We will be back!"

"This is THE BEST place! From the location to the decor, this place was everything we could ask for. It was very clean, plenty of room, excellent location. We had a great get-a-way! We even had some local friends come over and had plenty of room for 9 adults.(only 4 slept there) But there is room for 6, a fur baby or two! Thank you so much, I will be keeping you in mind for future trips!!!"

"My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for a week and we LOVED it. Our toddlers loved the pool, and my 3 year old would’ve stayed in it all day. It was perfect for our family. The photos do not do this house justice, it is absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the halifax river as well as the beach in Ormond. Only a short drive to Daytona which we loved."

"From the moment we walked into this villa we knew we’d got lucky! It is incredibly spacious and the layout is great. The outside area is fabulous and very spacious with a large pool. Everything that we needed was provided and Kathy (the host) was incredibly helpful and friendly before and during our stay. The beach is within walking distance, with lots of restaurants nearby. Fabulous villa cannot recommend enough 5* "
