"The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria."

"Super netter Gastgeber im Haus, der mit Tipps zur Umgebung und seiner lebendigen Art wirklich ein herzliches Ambiente zauberte.Die Wohnung ist schlicht, mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet. "I scrolled through holiday homes in VRBO/Homeaway and immediately fell for this beautiful villa, which literally decided the destination (Istria,Croatia) for us. Both were a happy choice. The house offers beautiful views to the sea and Cres Island and feels very private as it is covered by trees and gardens. "We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay. The house Is well equipped and had everything we needed. It is quite beautiful and very modern. Due to the unique location of the house, it’s a little tricky to find initially but when you do find it and go down the steep hill to the house, the view will take your breath away! I would certainly recommend this home to anyone looking to take in all the beauty that Istria has to offer."

"Offensichtlich war die Unterkunft, welche auch schlecht zu finden war, überbucht. Man bot uns eine sehr alte ungepflegte Ausweichmöglichkeit in einem Nebenhaus an, welche keineswegs den gebuchten Ansprüchen entsprach. Haben zwar unser Geld zurück bekommen, aber der Stress vor Ort eine andere Unterkunft zu finden bei 36 Grad Hitze war nicht grad entspannend. Auch würde ich, rein von der Optik des Hauptgebäudes, dort nicht noch einmal buchen."

Das Haus ist riesig und sehr schön eingerichtet, die 3 Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind super verteilt und mit den ganzen Aktionsmöglichkeiten (Pool, Tischtennis, Basketball und Tischkicker) wurde es in 14 Tagen auch nie langweilig! :-)"

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, and Ronald was a really friendly and attentive host making sure to provide us with enough recommendations where to go and where to enjoy some good food during this time of the year. "Excellent location, very nice hotel and staff was incredible! We had the 2 bedroom house clean view with a huge balcony and gorgeous ocean views. Only negative is it’s a little walk from parking lot to the hotel and they don’t have free beach chairs and umbrellas. They give you a voucher to rent them for 20 Euros and it’s 200 meters of a walk. "

"An absolutely smashing hotel, the lap of luxury. Perfect roof top room with fantastic views across to the mainland. Beach within 100 yards, a bit of a climb back up hill, and a relatively easy walk into the beautiful old town , which is one of the best preserved that we have visited in the Mediterranean. Staff at hotel were very helpful and arranged perfect celebrations for our 50th wedding anniversary. Worth every penny !"

"Great place, awesome location, and wonderful staff. Only bummer was that the two jacuzzi hot tubs, were cool tubs. I mentioned it to 3 nice people. All said they would look into it, but nothing changed. It was approx. 88 deg. F, which brings your core down quick and by the time u get out your very cold. Other than that, it was great. "
