***While this home is pet-friendly, not all pets are accepted. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 pets, no exceptions. Every pet requires:


• PET FEE: $150 per pet, per 28 nights. This fee is not refundable and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


• Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 per pet. This fee is refundable based on the condition of the home after checkout and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


• A completed screening with Pet Profile (link will be shared after booking)

Host was receptive to email requests.Pool area furniture dated and no railings on pool stairs or by hot tub.Seating in Living room limited to couch that was very low and one chairbeds were goodbath towels were basic kitchen supplies were limitedlisting stated basic supplies provided and they meant that. 1 garbage bag and all glass dining tables and no cleaning products to keep clean.If you are driving and can bring stuffthis house would be perfect but if u r flying in it’s to lay out for basic stuff that you cant take home with you.house was nice and layout was nicewith the 3 bathrooms and accommodating 10.

Great stay

I love that the villa was near all shopping so we didn't have travel far. The master room was comfortable but there was a issue with getting bit by either spiders or mosquitoes I had to do some dusting due to spider webs were near the top of the bed and the outside pool area was comfortable but someone should either pressure or do more deep cleaning due to the fan has a lot of spider webs as well as around the top area by the pool but other then that everything else was great and the check process was easy and checking out

Cleanness

It was nice but the housekeeper didn’t do a good job and as a housekeeper my boss would have been upset. Pet hair everywhere sheets was not cleaned because it was pet hair in the bed and on the floor. Food crumbs everywhere. So it is safe to say that she did not do her job but overall the area and stores was awesome And the activities that me and my family had planned was close in the area, so it was nice

A great house to tent

Overall the house was great. If we would rent this house again we would not pay to heat the pool or sauna. The temps were too cold to enjoy and the pool wouldn't heat very high. Thank you for a fantastic week.

Beautiful home!

The house was exactly as described.. be forewarned though if you're going to rent, just pay the extra to heat the pool because it was freezing without it! We paid the extra money, and the pool was literally like bath water! It was wonderful!

Wouldn’t stay here again

Neighborhood has very narrow streets. We drove down with a 20 foot RV which actually fit in the driveway perfectly without blocking the sidewalk. We received an email at 9pm when we were getting ready for bed that RVs weren’t allowed in the neighborhood and if we didn’t remove it immediately it would be towed. I had to stay in it that night to prevent it from being towed. Then I had to pay to keep an empty RV at an RV park for a week. I also had to get a rental car for a week to get the family around Orlando. I knew nothing of the no RV policy before the trip. The pool has no heat and that round part of the pool is not a hot tub. You have to pay extra to use the BBQ grill. Otherwise not the worst rental in the world.

Visit with Grandkids and Disney Day!

My husband and I visited for almost 2 weeks and very much enjoyed our condo. It was very clean, great pool and super location to visit our kids and grandkids. We also love to shop and love the Disney Parks. This location was perfect for us. The town of Clermont is also great! We’re from a small town in Wisconsin and Clermont gives us that hometown feel. Enjoyed every minute. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Honest review

Upon arrival, we were unimpressed with the neighborhood where this house is located. The house is okay but very dated. The ice maker is completely missing from the freezer. We spotted and killed 5+ cockroaches while staying at the house. The pool was clean but we did pull out clumps of hair from the pool. The A/C was a slow go but eventually did cool the house. After contacting the management company we did have two bags of ice brought to us. The LR ceiling fan was not working upon arrival but they did have someone come out to fix that. The garbage disposal stunk but again the maintenance guy did come out and get rid of the smell. If you have AT&T, THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!! We could not make any calls at all. We had to drive out of the neighborhood to make calls. It was absolutely awful!!!!!! Obviously this is not the property at fault but if you have AT&T DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We stayed a week and got by but I would not stay here again. When I contacted the management company about the cockroaches I did not get any response. Renter beware! The mattresses in the house are horrible and very uncomfortable. I think this property has so much potential but the owners really need to update the house and all kitchen supplies and appliances. They also need to buy better mattresses, the current ones are terrible. Additionally, having cockroaches in the kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom was very gross.

You Get What You Pay For (Not Much)

The listing is accurate but there's just no way to list how cheap and bare-bones everything was. ONE ceiling fan in the whole house, and it didn't work. Super thin walls and cheap appliances. And the cheapness of the provisions: No condiments (not even salt and pepper!), TWO dishwasher pods, no soap or sponges in the kitchen, ONE roll of toilet paper in a bathroom for 3 people??. We spent over $600 on the stuff that a lot of other rentals come with - I mean, no salt and pepper? Really? We decided that this rental agency is the equivalent of Spirit Airlines. Yes you can fly for $99, and you can stay here for $225/night (with fees), but the final cost is much higher. We had to buy a box of dishwasher tabs, a box of washing machine pods, boxes of tissue paper, a package of toilet paper, sponges and dish soap, a pack of paper towels, and about $100 worth of basic condiments and spices so we could cook in-house. All things considered we could've saved money AND had a nicer place if we'd just looked for a more complete rental.

Horrible Experience

First we get to the property looking forward to spending time in the pool and to see the pool was green. Screen enclosure dirty and filthy. Beds were all messed up with bad mattress and squeaky noises. Ceiling fan was not working, ac didn’t work properly at night. We checked the thermostat and it was on 72 but wasn’t cooling enough. No vertical blinds only clear curtains. House is really not a 9 out of 10. I would think that for a rental property it would be more updated but unfortunately it wasn’t. It was a really disappointing experience.
