First, the staff gave us a double bed room instead of a king size as NY reservation stated. Second, the refrigerador in the room was not working, there was not shower soap and they charged me more than what Expedía quoted me.

Our room has an issue with A/C. We checked in at 11:30pm, simply booked for one night, leaving early next day. Issue was reported and were told the A/C should cool after adjustment....it did not. The entire night it was warm and uncomfortable. I have reached GM and waiting for reply. The front desk should have the authority to resolve issues. This is not the case. Cannot recommend in good faith.

I booked this hotel for 1 night. I paid in advance and even received a confirmation number. However, after driving down from Savannah, GA with 2 kids (10 and 8), I was refused the room I had already paid for. I was told when I got there that they don't do 1 night stays, only 2 or more. This so called policy was not on their website and I was allowed to reserve the room for only 1 night. I told them about nothing being on their website and asked why was the 1 night reservation an option if that's the case!! Instead of fixing their screw up and honoring my reservation (especially after a long drive with kids), they refunded my money and wouldn't allow us to stay. Glad I was refunded but the bigger issue was then having to drive around from hotel to hotel looking for a vacancy. I didn't find another hotel until almost midnight!! This hotel and management is absolutely trash for several reasons! -Not having the policy on the website! -Allowing single nights to be reserved! -Not informing the customer immediately after booking. -Waiting untill I got there to inform me of this non-existent policy! -Not honoring my paid reservation when it was their fault. -Sending me out without a care in the world to find another hotel well after 10 pm with 2 kids.
