Guest Access:

Parking:

• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway . Parking is also available at the clubhouse only during the day.



Property Access:

• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.



Resort Access:

• You're provided with complimentary access to the Champions Gate Resort and Oasis Clubhouse.

• Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 9pm, year-round.

• Please be advised that the ChampionsGate Community will observe holiday closures on December 24 (Christmas Eve), December 25 (Christmas Day), and January 1 (New Year’s Day). We extend our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones for a joyful holiday season.

• Please note that the air hockey table and one of the patio fans are currently out of order.

• Please be advised that the pool is currently unavailable.
